Appearance: Hakai is six foot, five inches and just under two hundred and twenty-five pounds. He is a a tall man, and rather built. He has a very tone skin and is completely covered chiseled in muscles. He is in no way buff, but has a strong slim build. He isn't rippling with massive muscles and doesn't have much bulk. But despite this he is well built, with broad shoulders and strong limbs. His body is perfectly textured as he is a work out maniac. Hakai has auburn dark brown hair with a long pony tail that hangs down his back wildly. The rest of his hair also dangle wildly and is tussled around everywhere. He has piercing animal brown eyes, that are bright and can be seen clearly by all. They have a cannibalistic shine to them as they are vertically slanted, like a wild animal.
His skin is not bare however, its covered in 100s of ink tattoos, from his back to chest, wrists, hands, feet, and even in his mouth. They are each a unique seal that Hakai sealed upon his body. They are on every inch of his body, he uses them from his unique weaponry style. If he uses up the sealed items for one of his tattoos he can simply reseal more items in the permanent seals on his body. Though have seals on his back or other areas don't make sense to most, he has a unique fighting style using his projectile mastery in unison with his other techniques.
Hakai is tan from spending much of his days in the sun, very little clothes if any. He often sun baths on top of the Mizukage Mansion, simply because he can. He is almost always seen without a shirt on and in a pair of shorts; but no matter what clothes he is wearing he is seen with Samehada on his back. Even when he goes swimming or surfing he can be seen with Samehada on his back. He never wears his official jounin uniform around the village. He normally wears a self made robe around the village with the words "Big Pimp'in" on the back; always wears nothing but short or underwear beneath it. Still remaining shirtless most of the time. Hakai normally walks barefoot everywhere, even to important meetings. But in battle he is seen in his full uniform. *character picture* As with his personality his clothing attire changes based on what he is doing. If need he will wear full battle uniform.
Personality: Personality: Hakai is laid back and carefree for the most part. He always has a jovial behavior even in fights or battles. He is also very charismatic and avert to praising other, including enemies or other people not from his village. He believe any extraordinary jutsu or ability deserves praise and honor. He is a kind man and believes the best in people. He even gets excited if an opponents has great skill or does a powerful attack. But for the most part Hakai just swims in the ocean and goes surfing. He doesn't care for work. He is a carefree elite jounin, and is best described as a beach bum.
But despite these positive behaviors Hakai has a serious side. He has strong concern for the people of his village and his family. He hates the thought have having to battle his fellow non-enemies. But if anyone from any village, no matter their relationship to Hakai. If they were to go rouge he would have no hesitation in killing them, Hakai's main goal in life is to defeat the Akatsuki. Anyone who endangers his goals an plans will be his enemies. He remembers enemies for life if you get on his bad side, there is no chance of getting off of it. He dislikes people who are always series, or are over cocky in their power. He believe that you should never brag, but let you abilities and skills speak for themselves.
On top of his serious side Hakai is a completely different person in battle. He can be describe as a relentless demon, ruthless and cunning in his battle strategies. In war young teens and experienced adults are blurred to him. It is all based on the headband and the side they fight on. He will slay an enemy without a second thought or a single thought of mercy. Because of his war experience and his ability to be a perfect shinobi. Which is why outside of battle he takes such a relaxed approach to life. For Hakai knows all to well that the ninja world cannot have peace forever. He is always read to step up when his village and country needs him.

The members are also given their own canine partner(s) when they reach a certain age. Thereafter, the shinobi and their dog(s) are practically inseparable. It would seem that due to the bond between an Inuzuka and their canine partner(s), their chakra is allowed to mix, and is shared between them, adding a feral appearance to the human partners, and makes a bond between them that affords them the use of the clan's collaboration jutsu, such as the Fang Passing Fang. The clan members are also able to communicating with canines even if unlike Kuromaru, the dogs cannot talk.

Dynamic Marking (Dainamikku Maakingu)

Dynamic Marking is a technique used by the Inuzuka clan. When their canine partners release a stream of urine on their target, the clan member can use their excellent sense of smell to locate their target no matter where they are. The urine itself is more dangerous than normal urine, because of its burning and strong sticky qualities.
This technique is mainly used as a set up for the Soutourou technique. When the clan member and canine familiar are spinning at such high speeds they are unable to see where they are going, but by using their nose they are able to locate their target with little trouble.
Garouga - Dual Wolf Fang

Description: Garouga is one of the ultimate Taijutsu techniques of the Inuzuka Clan. The technique is a super-spin and it uses up a massive amount of chakra, rendering the ninja and his dog almost helpless should the technique fail.
The clan member familiar will first mark their target with the Dainamikku Maakingu technique. Then by using Inuzuka Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge, the clan member and his partner will transform into the Soutou Rou, "Two-Headed Wolf." This huge beast has several advantages, the saliva it emits will make it difficult for their opponent to find footing in the surrounding area. The large size of the beast also causes large amounts of penetrating damage when it begins its spin. Unfortunately they spin so fast they are unable to keep track of their vision. So they must entirely rely on their nose and the urine marking. If Garouga connects with the target, the opponent is ripped to pieces. Also even if they do not connect directly, the surrounding shockwaves will slice into the enemy.
Gatsuuga - Dual Piercing Fang

Description: Gatsuuga is a supreme Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. After the familiar transforms into a copy of the clan member, both the familiar and ninja will begin a spinning attack. The preferred time to attack is when their opponent is showing an opening. Using this chance the fast rotating of the two attackers will cause a damaging impact on their opponent when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, both attackers are able to rotate and strike from multiple angles.
Tsuuga - Piercing Fang

Description: Tsuuga is a variation of Gatsuuga, a Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. This version will just involve one individual clan member utilizing the spinning attack. The fast rotation will cause a damaging impact on their opponent or an nearby object when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, the ninja can rotate and strike from multiple angles.
Bakuretsu Koinu - Exploding Puppy

Description: Bakuretsu Koinu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka familiar Akamaru. Resembling himself, the Akamaru replacement is actually a booby trap. Once an enemy is lured in thinking Akamaru is injured, the replacement dog will explode and launch a hail of kunai in every direction. It is a basic replacement jutsu, that is used by ninja hounds or their masters for them.
Juujin Bunshin - Beast-Man Clone
Character Use: Akamaru, Inuzuka Kiba

Description: Juujin Bunshin is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka clan. First the clan member and the familiar may ingest a soldier pill to help their strength and stamina. Then, acting in conjunction with the clan member, the canine familiar will transform themself into a copy of the clan member. While in this form they can accomplish many of the same techniques as the original.
Shikyaku no Jutsu - Four-Legged Technique

Description: Shikyaku no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka clan. After forming the needed hand seals, chakra begins to emit from the body of the clan member and they take on a more canine-like appearance. These body changes give them increased speed and agility, by 20%.
Inuzuka Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge: Soutou Rou - Inuzuka Style Rare Beast Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf

Description: This Brewser's and Hakai's ultimate jutsu and combination. It requires them both to do S rank jutsu to release this powerful Inuzka jutsu. This jutsu requires physical contact on from both ninja. Once contact is made they fuse into one being. Hakai also fuses his right arm with Samehada to add him to the fusion. Once completely they become roughtly four times the size of a giant summoning or 4 times Brewser's size. Also their front right paw is a Samehada fusion. As Hakai is able to fuse with Samehada at will, because Brewser and Hakai are perfectly balanced and one with each other Samehada doesn't refuse the fusion. As such their right paw and lower arm take on the properties of Samehada. In this form Hakai and Brewser's speed are fused and doubles; as well as their strength. Their sense are also high enhanced and they are able to see, smell and move twice as enhanced in the form. THey are also able to use Fang Wolf Fang, though its power, speed and kill potential quadruple. As they are able to fly through even steel, the wind created from this attack can easily cut through a person with out stopping. This is truly these two combination warriors greatest jutsu. This form lasts 5 posts and has a 4 post cool down.

Description: The most powerful version of the Inuzuka's amazing rotation techniques. This jutsu can only be used by someone who is master of all other Inuzuka clan skills and truly unleashed his canine side. This jutsu allow the user to spin with immense speed, unmatched by other inuzuka jutsu. The user rotates so fast that the air around them forms a tornado of slicing wind. As they move everything will begin to be draw in, including targets around them. The wind that forms the tornado is 1000s of slicing blades made on each rotation. The blades can cut through basic metals and rocks. Anything sucked in will swirl around in the hell storm of natural blades and be sliced into pieces. This storm never actually touches the user of this technique as he is in the center rotating and the storm in one meter in all directions. If hit head on by this a person will be smashed through like butter, while their bodies will be sucked up and sliced into bloody mush. This technique is twice times the size of fang over fang and the tornado that surrounds it is four times that sizes. Making this technique appear to be roughly three quarters the size of a giant summoning.

- Its actual blade is covered in scales, which causes it to inflict shredding or shaving damage rather than cutting what it comes into contact with. The effect is similar to a shark's skin, hence its name. While it ordinarily remains rigid, Samekin is able to stretch and bend to a great extent, allowing it to be used like a flail. Samekin can also be used to cut through chakra that has even been transformed such as the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique.
Although it constantly feeds off of the chakra of its owner, its largest "meals" come from fights wherein it absorbs the chakra of its owner's opponents. Such an ability allows Samekin to literally slice through an opponent's technique and even prevent techniques from being performed by absorbing all of the opponent's chakra. This is particularly useful when fighting jinchūriki, as Samekin can quickly deplete their large chakra supplies as well as remove their chakra cloaks. However, it seems to be unable to automatically absorb ambient chakra, in all instances where it's absorbed chakra are when his opponent had a visible aura around them. It is also drawn to those with large chakra supplies, allowing it to be used as a quasi-sensor.
While the ability to absorb chakra is useful in defeating opponents, it is also beneficial to its user. Samekin has the ability to transfer the chakra it has absorbed to the wielder, so it can be used to either heal the wielder's injuries or replenish their chakra reserves.As their chakras are linked Samehada can sense if he is under genjutsu. Thus he can give them surge or surges of chakra from its stored amount, if in need. If the weilder is under genjutsu Samehada is able to release them from it. If the genjutsu is strong enough Samehada can even slice the wielders hands to awaken them. This makes the wielder of this sword extremely difficult to defeat. A wielder of this sword, such as Hakai can take this fusion one step further by completely merging with Samekin. Doing so causes him to become much more shark-like in appearance, growing fins and webbed hands that allow him to move through the water with greater ease. Hakai receives some of Samekin's abilities while in this form, such as being able to extend spikes from his body for attack, and absorbing chakra when others come into contact with him, as well as the ability to track chakra. The sword can also be called to the wielder, if an enemy gets near the blade Samekin will attack them.

- Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Description: This defensive and offensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The amount of water is that of Bursting Water Wave jutsu. The water is summoned in front of Hakai, the water going counter clock wise around the Hakai, to block a incoming attack. Once the jutsu or attack is blocked the swirling water wall infused with water chakra blast forward goes around Hakai with great force and is sent at the opponent. The water has enough force to smash through solid rock. It is able to easily block elemental attacks, because of its size. It also is able to absorb lightning techniques due to water being conductive and thus increasing its attack range.

The shark is capable of absorbing the chakra of it’s opponents, which causes it to increase in size. This means that the more powerful the opponent is, the larger and more powerful Daikoudan will be when it impacts.

At the same time the user will use his/her own chakra to spread throughout the dome, this allows him/her to repair any damage his/her opponents manage to inflict on the inside. The chakra is not evenly spread out though, as the chakra flows away from the user, it becomes more and more weak. Allowing the dome to be broken on the far side if hit by a hard enough force.

Its superb durability allows for both offensive and defensive purposes.

Dynamic Marking is a technique used by the Inuzuka clan. When their canine partners release a stream of urine on their target, the clan member can use their excellent sense of smell to locate their target no matter where they are. The urine itself is more dangerous than normal urine, because of its burning and strong sticky qualities.
This technique is mainly used as a set up for the Soutourou technique. When the clan member and canine familiar are spinning at such high speeds they are unable to see where they are going, but by using their nose they are able to locate their target with little trouble.
Garouga - Dual Wolf Fang

Description: Garouga is one of the ultimate Taijutsu techniques of the Inuzuka Clan. The technique is a super-spin and it uses up a massive amount of chakra, rendering the ninja and his dog almost helpless should the technique fail.
The clan member familiar will first mark their target with the Dainamikku Maakingu technique. Then by using Inuzuka Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge, the clan member and his partner will transform into the Soutou Rou, "Two-Headed Wolf." This huge beast has several advantages, the saliva it emits will make it difficult for their opponent to find footing in the surrounding area. The large size of the beast also causes large amounts of penetrating damage when it begins its spin. Unfortunately they spin so fast they are unable to keep track of their vision. So they must entirely rely on their nose and the urine marking. If Garouga connects with the target, the opponent is ripped to pieces. Also even if they do not connect directly, the surrounding shockwaves will slice into the enemy.
Gatsuuga - Dual Piercing Fang

Description: Gatsuuga is a supreme Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. Using this chance the fast rotating of the two attackers will cause a damaging impact on their opponent when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, both attackers are able to rotate and strike from multiple angles.

It is a basic replacement jutsu, that is used by ninja hounds or their masters for them.

Description: This Brewser's and Hakai's ultimate jutsu and combination. It requires them both to do S rank jutsu to release this powerful Inuzka jutsu. This jutsu requires physical contact on from both ninja. Once contact is made they fuse into one being. Hakai also fuses his right arm with Samehada to add him to the fusion. Once completely they become roughtly four times the size of a giant summoning or 4 times Brewser's size. Also their front right paw is a Samehada fusion. As Hakai is able to fuse with Samehada at will, because Brewser and Hakai are perfectly balanced and one with each other Samehada doesn't refuse the fusion. As such their right paw and lower arm take on the properties of Samehada. In this form Hakai and Brewser's speed are fused and doubles; as well as their strength. Their sense are also high enhanced and they are able to see, smell and move twice as enhanced in the form. THey are also able to use Fang Wolf Fang, though its power, speed and kill potential quadruple. As they are able to fly through even steel, the wind created from this attack can easily cut through a person with out stopping. This is truly these two combination warriors greatest jutsu. This form lasts 5 posts and has a 4 post cool down.

Description: The most powerful version of the Inuzuka's amazing rotation techniques. This jutsu can only be used by someone who is master of all other Inuzuka clan skills and truly unleashed his canine side. This jutsu allow the user to spin with immense speed, unmatched by other inuzuka jutsu. The user rotates so fast that the air around them forms a tornado of slicing wind. As they move everything will begin to be draw in, including targets around them. The wind that forms the tornado is 1000s of slicing blades made on each rotation. The blades can cut through basic metals and rocks. Anything sucked in will swirl around in the hell storm of natural blades and be sliced into pieces. This storm never actually touches the user of this technique as he is in the center rotating and the storm in one meter in all directions. If hit head on by this a person will be smashed through like butter, while their bodies will be sucked up and sliced into bloody mush. This technique is twice times the size of fang over fang and the tornado that surrounds it is four times that sizes. Making this technique appear to be roughly three quarters the size of a giant summoning.

Tenten then jumps between the two scrolls, and starts to rapidly summon and throw all sort of weapons as a powerful barrage. If the initial attack were to fail, she can control the discarded weapons with wires attached to her/his fingertips for a surprise attack. However, because the weapons are thrown, they are easily countered by wind techniques.

Description: Hakai summons a scroll from his wrist. Once opening it he spins it all around himself sending a hurricane of explosive tags around him. They are sent 5 meters in all directions and fire an amazing rate. They are release so fast they like blurs of white smoke. They can hit targets like slaps and even knock over a genin or non shinobi person. This is a powerful but basic technique.

Description: A stronger version of the Twin Rising Dragons, the user tosses her/his large scroll into the air above her/his opponent and summons hundreds of different weapons from it, which then rain down, impaling the opponent and anything in their path. The weapons move so fast that they appear as white streaks.
Hakai uses this to send down stacks of explosive tags, equal to 20 tags.

Description: The user places their hand on the ground and releases a large number of exploding tags, which camouflage with the ground visually. Then stream to the target and wrap themselves around their target. Once in place, the tags explode, heavily damaging the target's. It can be used on humans or large summonings in its all based on how many summoning tags the user has. As well as the chakra expelled. This jutsu is done by covering the tags in chakra and release them at a target. They move at 6x the normal speed of a kunai.

It cannot be dodged by moving away since the needles cover a wide area in all directions, controlled by chakra. Although the needles were said to be able to pierce a five millimeter thick steel sheet, they can still be blocked by a powerful enough shield. They can also be dipped in poison to increase lethality. The umbrellas will speed at such a speed that they small tornado in the sky. Though until the parent jutsu this technique is set up to be far for lethal. As each needle has two mini explosive tags wrapped around it. They completely cover the senbon and normally aren't even visible as the needles move so fast. Allowing for user to end the move in a massive explosion.

However this more powerful version of this technique is not over. As under the normal umbrella is six identical seals that allow the user to summon six more umbrellas. Allowing for 7x the fire rate of this technique, making it a truly powerful weapon style.

The umbrellas will speed at such a speed that they small tornado in the sky. It cannot be dodged by moving away since the needles cover a wide area in all directions, controlled by chakra. Although the needles were said to be able to pierce a five millimeter thick steel sheet, they can still be blocked by a powerful enough shield. They can also be dipped in poison to increase lethal capabilities. However this more powerful version of this technique is not over. As under the normal umbrella is six identical seals that allow the user to summon six more umbrellas. Allowing for 7x the fire rate of this technique, making it a truly powerful weapon style. But with this senbon shower technique each senbon has 4 mini explosive tags wrapped upon it. Allowing for a giant explosion and can be release literally in waves and waves of explosions. As the umbrellas will continue to fire for four turns. Once the technique is over only the ground where Hakai stands on is safe.

Hakai had just begun his attack. He was enjoying this his revenge countless ninjas and citizens of the Rain village began to fall to his power! He knew that there would be some who would attempt to counter his attack on the village. But they would be no challenge for Hakai he had no fear of anyone who would challenge him. As most ran from the docks a few people began to run forward towards him. A few of them had special and rare metals that drew Hakai's attention to them.
To his surprise a genin strolled in front of him. He looked confused about what just happened Hakai didn't wait for the genin to even respond. He release a mass of gold sand from the seals on his legs. The gold sand would move faster than most jounin level, Hakai knew that no genin could out run his sand. It moved like a vast wave and would surround him in a perfect sphere. The genin looked to be bending down to grab something by the time the sand would reach him. If captured the now massive gold orb would fly the genin fair away from the battle and launch itself deep in the bottom of the lake. Hakai wanted to make sure this son of the Mist would not get caught in his next few attacks. So he would attempt to protect him if he could.
But at the same time the lightning stormed with great power. Hakai knew what was coming just by the power he could feel. It was the legendary Kirin jutsu. A technique that could be used to stop invasions. But Hakai was no ordinary ninja he would turn the prized jutsu against his opponents. But there was yet another opponent that was attempting to attack him as well. Hakai didn't hesitate to decide the best plan he already had an idea in his mind. He could sense the metal all around both opponents that were challenging him. He was surprised to see the Otokage here as well. But Hakai would kill them both, he didn't care. If the Sound Lord would help the Rain he was no ally of his.
Hakai would release his attacks on them both at the same time. As the first tail of his mighty four tails biju would be release all around his body. This would boost his ability of metal control and allow him to control it with much greater strength. As well as allow him to create multiple magnetic fields at once. He was at the next level of his ability. From his arms a massive flooding of silver dust would appear from special seals. The silver dust would fly straight up in the air and form a giant women. It would be in the likeness of the 5th Mizukage and Hakai's mother. The completely silver women would raise her hands to the sky as if calling something. She would aim her hands at the powerful Kirin jutsu as if beaconing the mighty panther created in the sky.
At the same time of of the silver sand released and formed Hakai used his magnetic chakra to attack further. As the Otokage walked forward and prepared to attack, Hakai would create a magnetic field around his two unique daggers. Before he would even let the man fire his weapon he would have both daggers attack. The first one would rise from its holder and moving at great speed aim to slit the Otokage's throat and then slice the bow string. If the blade missed it would turn and fly at him again aiming to cut his throat. Hakai would have the second blade at the same time not leave the holster. But using his power he would bend the metal to slice into the Otokage's flesh and begin to dig itself in his body. This attack from the two blades would come with out warning or notice. THey would strike with great speed equal to a S rank shin obi using them. But Hakai wasn't done with the otokage. As the blades attacked the Otokage, Hakai would create a small but extremely powerful magnetic field on the other side of the Otokage, directly opposite of the 2nd blade. The magnetic field had immense metal pulling power. Being on the opposite side of the second blade, it would be strong enough to pull the blade all the way through if it doesn't hit bone. If it hit bone the force would cause the knife to literally push the Otokage with enough force to pick him up off the ground. It would crack and shatter what ever bone it got stuck on it hit.
As these attacks happen Hakai made one last magnetic barrier in front of the building the Amekage was in. He would use immense power to literally pull the tower to the ground. It would happen at the same time as kirin would be fired. Causing the entire massive tower to fall to the ground in a massive crash. Hakai would only stick both his hand straight out, to form a ninety degree angle between the two. One hand pointed near the Otokage and the genin. The other towards the Amekage and that part of the village. But as these attacks fired Hakai would release a mass of titanium sand and use it to create a massive sphere around himself, roughly the size to house a giant summoning. But he would also lift himself high in the air above the village using his magnetic chakra he would stand in the middle of the sphere.
In a moment everyone's attacks would fire and hit at once. If the Otokage did not counter the blades they would be the end of him. As the Amekage hand would give Kirin is initial path to the ground, he would fall for Hakai's perfect counter. The powerful jutsu comprised completely of natural lightning has to follow the properties of natural lightning and Hakai knew this. For there is nothing more conductive of lightning on the planet earth than the precious metal, silver. No other metal or substance comes close to its conductivity. Thus allowing Hakai to chose the course of natural lightning as he planned to do now. He would have the massive silver statue conduct the jutsu and make it course a path directly down at the Otokage and the entire harbor district of the Rain village. The silver statue would also be smashed into the area with then lightning making it a massive electric sharpenal explosions. The silver would be blasted out like chances of deadly metal. Hakai would watch from above as his plans unfolded before him. He would create a small window as he watch 100s of meters in the air safe from various threats. As the various attacks would strike the village causing massive damage. Even if the Otokage's was still able to fire Hakai would be far out of the range of his attack and still protected by the massive titanium sphere around him. He would finally send a shower of bullets from his sphere at anything that was still standing from his attack.
