Blood Mist Curse Seal

Description: Unlike your common curse seal, the user does not take on a out standing physical appearance, rather the user grows in height and gains a slightly more muscular body structure that matches his height, and advances water element techniques. The user chakra grow to a visible black color. Once the seal is activated, the user grow 1.5 times stronger in Speed, Strength, and Taijutsus. Also the user health is replenished by (2/3) of what was lost, and Energy and Chakra are completely refilled. Can only use one per topic lasts for a total of 5 post.

Description: The book is a long scroll that teaches all of the Mist Techniques. The Skill is activated when the seal is master, once the seal is mastered, instead of being limited to use just water based jutsus, the user gain the ability to transform the water into blood. This is a special technique invented by Kira Hyuuga. It gives the user the ability, to Summon A Red Mist Made of Complete Blood and/or a river of blood, the user gains the ability to take the blood of his victims and added it to his blood collection. The Blood Mist a special made technique that allows the user the ability to manipulate blood into a harden structure such as could be easy explained as a form of sand. Do to this heavy iron content that is found in the blood, it can be fused with lightening based chakra to create it's structure.

Please add a limit to the seal's use per topic. Preferably only one use per topic. I know this sounds silly, but without this added detail you could likely use it repeatedly in the same topic.
