Uchiha Shiringan System
To gain your first tome you must first clash in a rivary fight completing at least 500 words in battle.After that you may gain your second tome after completeing intense training of 750 words. After that in a near death match you may gain your third tome as long as you completed 1000 word training.Mangekyo Shiringan can be gain by clashing ansgt a close friend for at least 2000 word battle. You how ever must kill the friend. Or you can save two friends in a 2000 word battle of you and attacking ememy. How ever you must be saving two friends. All Mangekyo Shiringan Justu that are cannon must be trainined from a Sensei. How ever you are allowed to make up your own custom Techniques.
Rinngen System
You only start out with two bodies as a Chuunin. However you must resgister your own Rinngen abilites and make two differnt character profiles for the body. If you kill some one else and turn them into a body, you gain their abilites.However you maybe able to gain more bodies to make more custom forms in word count topic. You must complete about 1000 word training for each body and pay $200,000 Ryo per body.

Its been nearly a week if not longer since Apocalypse resevered the rinnegan, Since he has not been on since reserving them nor has a character app been made for the rinnegan by him, He has now lost his right to the reservation of the dojutsu. Now the rinnegan is open to anyone who wishes to have it.
